No. Individuals and families can contact AcuityCare directly. Our Access division is designed to be the first door. No referral, prescription, or prior authorization needed to start a conversation. We'll determine eligibility and appropriate services together.
AcuityCare's Bridge Forward division is specifically designed for people waiting on a CES or other Medicaid waiver. We provide interim case management and community resource linkage while you wait. No one navigates the system alone.

Yes. AcuityCare is a licensed Arkansas Medicaid waiver provider. Most of our services are funded through Arkansas Medicaid waiver programs, including CES and ARChoices. Our Access team will help you understand which program fits your situation.
